The Drop the Beat online audition process involves digital submission first, then potentially filmed live qualifying performances in 10 various cities to earn a spot in Atlanta GA for a chance to win the grand prize, gain industry exposure and streamed on TUBI on a major platform.

Initial Online Submission

​​To enter the competition- All Artists and producers must complete the online application. You must be at least 21 yrs old and U.S. Citizen to register. Your submission will be valid for (1)-year

​Choose your role- Sign up as a rapper, producer or both
​​

Find a City- Select a city near you where you can attend a filmed in-person live qualifying show.

Upload your Music- Submit your best song/beat or share a YouTube link (Artist)!

Confirmation-​Congrats! If your audition application submitted correctly and confirmed, you are one-step away competing at one of the ten cities. Your application and song is under review. You will receive an email upon approval with your live qualifying show details. ​

​Rest assured-Being a part of this competition would not affect your lively hood. You will not be required to stay in Atlanta GA for the filming of the competition.

​​During this stage, you will perform before a panel of esteemed industry moguls and live audience. This where your journey begins as a producer or rapper.

Travel Requirements - Get ready for an adventure! All competitors need to be able to travel to participate in one of the ten cities listed and the main event in Atlanta, GA. Remember, participants are responsible for their travel accommodations.

Fan Support - Rally your fans! Each contestant is required to gather their supporters to attend the taping of the Final Cut series at one of the ten cities and at the main event in Atlanta, GA. ​​
